Each jacket in our collection is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans to ensure top-notch quality and attention to detail. Because our pieces are made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted for most items. However, we stand by the craftsmanship of every product and want you to feel completely confident with your purchase.

Before proceeding with a return request, we kindly ask that you give us the chance to make things right. Our team is dedicated to finding the best possible solution to ensure your satisfaction with both our products and service.

Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 15-day return or exchange period starting from the date your order is delivered. Within this time, you can return or exchange most items for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed and shipped within 15 business days.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of approval and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 10–45 days for the amount to appear in your account.

Return Conditions

Customers are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product has defects or damage.

  • The product was tampered with during delivery.

Please report any defective or damaged items within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Note: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Customers are also responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning any item.


Order Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, production begins, including material preparation and pattern cutting.

After 24 Hours

If you request a cancellation after 24 hours, an 80% refund will be issued. The remaining 20% covers expenses already incurred during the production process, as all jackets are made-to-order.

Wrong Size Selection

If you realize you’ve selected the wrong size, please let us know within 48 hours of placing your order. There’s no need to cancel entirely — we’ll help you adjust the size before production continues.
